Refund policy

We would be happy to accept returns of any unused Smartbottle™ product* in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please reach out to info@smartbottle.ca and one of our Customer Service Representatives will assist you with the return process.

*If a product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Smartbottle™ will not be responsible for shipping back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
